Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order

Shipping options:

  1. TRACKED SHIPPING (North America): Tracked shipping with insurance
  2. REGULAR SHIPPING (North America):  No tracking, no insurance, for items 500g and under
  3. PICK UP FROM WINNIPEG: This free option is only for those that can physically pick up their order in Winnipeg
  4. TRACKED SHIPPING (Overseas):  Tracked shipping with insurance
  5. REGULAR SHIPPING (Overseas):  No tracking, no insurance

Shipping times:

  • TRACKED SHIPPING for Canadian customers:  The date you receive your order will generally be 3-5 business days from date shipped.
  • TRACKED SHIPPING for US customers:  You can expect your purchase to arrive in approximately 5-8 business days from date shipped.
  • TRACKED SHIPPING for Overseas customers:  The date you receive your order should be 7-10 days from date shipped.
  • REGULAR SHIPPING for Canadian customers: The date you receive your order will generally be 5-8 business days from date shipped
  • REGULAR SHIPPING for US customers: The date you receive your order will generally be 7-12 business days from date shipped
  • REGULAR SHIPPING for Overseas customers:  The date you receive your order will typically be 3-5 weeks from date shipped

Shipping costs:

  1. TRACKED SHIPPING:
    1. For Canadian customers: Your order will be shipped via Canada Post XpressPost for a flat rate of $12.50.
    2. For US customers: The shipping for your order will be via Fedex for a flat rate of $12.50
  2. REGULAR SHIPPING:  $5.50
  3. PICK UP FROM WINNIPEG: Free
  4. TRACKED SHIPPING (Overseas):  $50
  5. REGULAR SHIPPING (Overseas):  $35

 

 Important:

  • If you chose shipping with tracking, following despatch of your order you will receive notification of your consignment tracking reference number.
  • Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent.
  • Regular shipping is applicable to packages under 500g. 
  • For overseas shipping, there may be additional charges including taxes and duties applied to the package upon delivery for which Gabiano is not responsible

 

Our Easy Returns Policy

Gabiano makes your satisfaction a priority….

If any product purchased on this website doesn't meet your expectations, we'll happily accept its return for exchange or refund, unless it is a clearance item as these are a final sale.  In fact, we make it easy to return products, knowing that you're entitled to 'touch & feel' your selection prior to making the decision to keep it. 

On receipt of order, if a fault is found with the item, contact must be made with Gabiano immediately, unless it is marked as imperfect.

If you wish to return any non-faulty product, please do this as soon as possible after receipt of the goods.  Our return policy is as follows:

  • Goods registered for returns on the website within 21 days of the invoice date qualify for a full refund to the value of your purchase (excludes shipping costs)in the original payment method.
  • Goods registered for returns on the website after 21 days of the invoice date will receive the refund in the form of a Gabiano Gift Card (excludes shipping costs).
  • Sorry, we don’t accept returns after 45 days of the invoice date.

Returns: If you wish to return a product, please go to the exchange or refund section on our website.    Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return, and please also indicate why.   Please return your items in the package they were mailed in.  If this is not possible, please protect them with bubble-wrap and place in a protective envelope for them up to be returned to us.  When your return has been approved by Gabiano, you will receive an email with a link to a packing slip for your item – please print this out, include it in the package and mail it back to us. 

Exchanges: To exchange an item purchased from us, simply fill in the prompts in the exchange or refund section of our website, and order your new product.  Please package up your return as detailed above. When your return has been approved by Gabiano, you will receive an email with a link to a packing slip for your item - please print this out, include it in the package and mail it back to us.

If returned goods RECEIVED at the Gabiano distribution centre are not:

  • in their original condition, and
  • in good order and condition

The refund may be withdrawn.  It is unacceptable to return damaged or abused goods.

Cost of returns

Freight or mailing of returns is the responsibility of the sender.
